  1. AA Coffee (Grade AA)

    Screen Size: 17–18

    Kenya AA coffee represents the largest and densest beans, typically grown at high altitudes where slower maturation enhances flavor development.

    Bright acidity, blackcurrant, citrus, clean cup, long finish.

    Best For:
    Specialty roasters, single-origin programs, premium filter and light roasts.

    Bean Type: Single round bean

    Peaberry coffee forms when only one seed develops inside the cherry. It is sorted separately due to its unique shape and uniform roasting characteristics.
